What to Expect
Before your scheduled appointment time make sure you have the space around your fireplace opening clear of furniture and home décor items. Our technician will need space to work—about 6 feet. If you’ve already begun burning a fire in your fireplace, make sure the system hasn’t been used within 24 hours of your service. Stopping the use of the appliance in this way will insure the safety of our technicians and allow for the best service to your system.
